The Meat News magazine in collaboration with TIF HELEXPO organizes the 5th National three-day Hellenic Congress on Meat and Products thereof, to promote contemporary means “from stable to table” in order to achieve an integrated approach to quality, hygiene and safety meat and its products, health and welfare, environmental protection and sustainable development.
The Congress will be held on February 3, 4 and 5, 2017 and will be held at the “Ioannis Vellidis” Congress Centre - Olympia Hall, as part of Zootechnia Fair.
The Congress’s topics include the whole food chain, from the production of animal feed, housing systems, equipment, genetic improvement, conventional / organic animal breeding, health management, breeding standards, animal welfare, transportation, slaughtering facilities, meat production and products, ABP, maintenance, packaging, labeling, traceability, organic / traditional products, distribution, foodservice, selling, eating habits, training, hygiene and safety standards, regulatory requirements, to the preparation of this commodity to the consumer's plate.
